Founding membership

Help us build Culture Hub

Culture Hub is being built with arts, culture and heritage organisations, not around them. Join the first 100 founding members and help us build, test and improve the practical tools, pathways, campaigns and shared support the sector actually needs.

We will keep this visible so the sector can see the founding network grow and follow what the membership is helping us build.
Build with us
You are not buying a finished platform
Founding membership is about helping us build the right thing, in the right order, with people who will actually use it. Culture Hub will develop through shared priorities, live testing and continuous improvement.
01
Shape priorities
Tell us where the friction is, what already exists, what is missing and what would make the biggest practical difference.
02
Test real things
Take part in pilots, use early tools and pathways, and help us improve them before they become shared sector resources.
03
Build shared value
Your contribution helps fund work that can be reused by many organisations instead of everyone solving the same problems separately.
There is already lots of free advice.
Our mission is to turn more of it into action.
The sector already has strong guidance, networks and publicly funded support. We are not here to duplicate that.
Our role is to connect trusted advice to practical pathways, shared tools, implementation, peer learning, testing and continuous improvement, so useful knowledge is easier to apply in day-to-day work.
Your contribution
What the founding membership helps fund
The £195 is not a donation to a vague future idea. It gives us practical capacity to create, organise, test and improve shared resources with the sector.
Build the platform
Develop and improve the Culture Hub itself, including the structure, member experience, discovery and shared infrastructure.
Turn advice into action
Create pathways, playbooks, workbooks, checklists and templates that make trusted guidance easier to implement.
Create shared tools
Build useful digital tools, campaign assets, prototypes and repeatable approaches that organisations can adapt rather than start again.
Run pilots and improve them
Work with member organisations to test ideas in the real world, capture what works and refine the result before wider release.
Connect trusted resources
Curate strong external guidance and sector support, then connect it into clearer routes so people can find the right next step more quickly.
Share what we learn
Capture patterns, evidence, benchmarks and case studies so improvement in one organisation can create useful learning for others.
What we're building
Six connected areas, focused on improvement
The Hub is not intended to be one huge library. Each area has a different job, but they work together to help organisations move from finding an answer to actually making progress.
Knowledge Hub
Clear, curated knowledge that helps people understand a subject, make better decisions and find trusted sources.
Community
Ask questions, compare approaches, share experience and find people facing similar challenges.
Campaigns
Turn shared needs into collaborative projects, practical campaigns, reusable assets and proven playbooks.
Digital Toolkit
Templates, checklists, workbooks, examples and reusable resources that make the next step easier.
AI Lab
Test useful applications, understand risks and turn emerging technology into practical, responsible workflows.
Insights
Bring together research, benchmarks, surveys, trends and shared learning to help organisations make clearer decisions.
The Network is still developing.
New resources, tools and activities will continue to be added during your membership. You are joining early enough to use what is already here and help influence what comes next.
Build with us
How founding members help shape year one.
Participation is useful, not compulsory. Some members will want to get deeply involved, others will simply want access and to see the Hub develop. Both are fine.
01
Share needs
Tell us what your organisation is trying to improve and where existing support still leaves a gap.
02
Choose priorities
Help us understand which tools, pathways, campaigns and shared projects should be tackled first.
03
Join pilots
Opt into relevant tests and working groups where your organisation can help shape something useful.
03
See progress
Follow what is being built, what has been tested, what changed and what the network has learned.
No sales presentation, just a straightforward conversation about whether it makes sense for your organisation.
